Terms and Conditions
Please read the terms and conditions carefully. By booking into a swim session you are confirming that you understand and accept our T&C’s, if there is any doubt, please ask for clarification on any point. We suggest you receive independent advice before using our facilities. Some terms might appear a little harsh but please be sure everything we have shared is for the benefits and the welfare of your dog, other patrons and yourself. We want to be transparent in everything we do and want the dogs and their pawrents to have lots of fun, be safe and be assured of our responsible attitude and practises.
1. Your Dog’s Health & Welfare

Your dog must be in good health and be fully vaccinated or Titre tested.
2.
No in-season bitches will be allowed or those up to 3 weeks after their season start for reasons of hygiene and the consideration of male dogs.
3.
Banned breeds including XL Bullies must be muzzled until pool side and can only be booked for an exclusive session (may share with a dog of their own household). Owners MUST have an exemption certificate and third party insurance.
4.
Please ensure your dog does not eat within 2 hours before they enter the pool.
5.
It’s a great idea to make use of our exercise field to possibly move their bowels before pool time.
6.
If your dog defecates or vomits in the pool the session must stop immediately for sanitisation. There are no refunds for lost time, but other patrons sharing the pool will receive a voucher for a free swim.
7.
All dogs must have their claws clipped short to prevent puncturing the liner. Entry may be refused if claws are sharp. Clipping available on request for £10.
8.
For surgery recovery or injuries, please consult with your vet to ensure this type of exercise is suitable.
9.
All dogs must be kept on a leash and under your control when travelling to the pool and fun area.
10.
All dogs must be clean, brushed or blasted before entering the pool. We have a warm hose down facility on site for dirt picked up from our play area.
11.
NO SHAMPOO IS TO BE USED when washing down your dogs before or after the swim.
12.
If swum in ponds/lakes within 48 hours, please wash with shampoo at home first to avoid transferring bacteria/algae to our pool.
13.
Should your dog be reactive, you must notify us in the 'anything else' box on the booking form. Reactive or aggressive dogs MUST book solo sessions.
14.
Dogs who had or have suffered diarrhoea within 48 hours of your session cannot enter the pool.
2. Use of Doggie Paddle Facilities
15.
You are responsible for any dog in your control; you remain the legal and responsible owner.
16.
We will not tolerate mistreatment of any dog. We reserve the right to report concerns to the necessary authorities.
17.
Dogs must be accompanied at all times. Remaining in your vehicle or visiting others on site is not adequate supervision.
18.
Your 30 minute swim includes entering and exiting. Please exit 5-10 minutes before the end of the slot.
19.
A 1 minute swim equals a 4 minute walk. We encourage breaks and a maximum 20 minute swim time subject to agility and fitness.
20.
Dogs MUST NOT be thrown or pushed into the pool. You will be asked to leave without refund and banned from future visits.
21.
Any dog in a group session showing aggression will be asked to leave without refund.
22.
Entering the pool with your dog is entirely at your own risk.
23.
Children over 16yrs welcome in solo sessions. Under 18s must be supervised 1-to-1 by an adult. No bombing, jumping or diving. Pool is 4ft deep; ladder safe to 16 stone.
24.
You agree to leave facilities clean and take away all doggie waste or litter.
25.
Play areas may be muddy or slippery; please exercise common sense and caution.
26.
The ramp is for dog use only. Please do not use it yourself.
27.
Wear sensible footwear (soft soul, canvas, or verruca socks). No flippers, goggles or masks.
28.
Any toys brought to site must be able to float.
3. Payments & Cancellations
29.
A booking fee of £10 per animal is required at booking; balance in cash on arrival. We do not take cards. Please support saveourcash.co.uk.
30.
Reschedule online up to 24 hours before start without loss of payment.
31.
Cancellations within 24 hours: Voucher issued for full value or refund minus £10 fee.
32.
Rescheduling or cancellations attempted outside the 24 hour window are non-refundable/non-transferrable.
33.
Gesture of goodwill: If we successfully resell your spot, we will issue a full-value voucher.
34.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund for non-compliance with these terms.
35.
Promo codes must be claimed at the time of booking; no retrospective refunds.
36.
Turning up at the wrong time/date will result in full charges.
37.
Please use our postcode and email directions rather than Google Maps.
38.
Your session includes time taken to enter/exit the pool.
4. Weather Policy

We operate rain or shine, unless conditions prove dangerous.
40.
Sessions paused for thunder/lightning (min 30 mins) or winds over 40mph.
41.
If we cancel for weather safety, you will receive a full-value voucher.
5. Miscellaneous & Liability

Safety is our priority, but use of facilities is at your own risk.
43.
We are not responsible for theft, damage or loss of property, including vehicles.
44.
Notify the team immediately regarding complaints or concerns.
45.
We are NOT Hydro therapists. No medical advice can be given.
46.
You consent to us using photos/videos on our website unless you advise otherwise before the session.
47.
We have no control over social media posts by other users.
48.
Zero tolerance for physical or verbal abuse to staff or clients. Offenders will be banned.
49.
No vaping or smoking on site.
50.
CCTV is in operation for security and training.
51.
Wear long sleeves and shorts if swimming to prevent scratches.
52.
Life jackets and flotation jackets are available on request.
